"I've really enjoyed the meal plan, everything that's on there has been delicious, easy to follow, and simple to make. I don't have the afternoon slump anymore, I actually feel like my energy levels are constant throughout the day.
By day 3, I felt comfortably full and even skipped a snack because I didn't need it. I've also noticed a big reduction in bloating and stomach discomfort - my work trouser even feel loser around the waist.
What I love most is how easy and sustainable the routine has been. I feel more organised, and I've actually saved money on my weekly shop. It's been so much easier than I expected. You should publish a recipe book!"

I'm currently taking a short break from coffee and sugar, and this plan is making that feel manageable and surprisingly enjoyable I'm even considering easing back in with a decaf coffee soon - just for the flavour!

"Trecastle is surrounded by nature and peace and silence made me feel truly rejuvenated during the retreat. This was my first yoga retreat, and Laura and Zhadra went above and beyond my expectations.
The food, prepared by Laura who is also a nutrition coach, was absolutely delicious with so much variety - I never felt hungry! The retreat was also very budget - friendly, which made it even more appealing.
Zhadra is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever met, and i've practised with many across the UK. Her classes are healing, energising and beautifully led - I absolutely love them.
